As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and accelerating our existing Women Health and LifeStyle business, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the brand P&L.
Reporting to the Brand Lead, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy.
This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing acumen, operational discipline & a passion for improving the well-being of our consumers through impactful product offerings. You will work for BENELUX, with offices in Ghent and Rotterdam.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Business Goals, Develop & Implement Brand Marketing Strategy
o Work with Brand Lead & Management to develop short & long-term business & brand plans for assigned brands.
o Prepare business cases to generate brand growth & optimize P&L.
2. Develop Best in Class Roll-out & Activation Plans
o Contribute to & drive NPD launches, leveraging Central success models and adapting to local requirements.
o Develop omnichannel activation plans aligned with overall business goals and global guidelines.
o Collaborate & work closely with your key stakeholders: Management, CS&I, Regulatory, Supply, Demand, Corporate, Media & Marketing Agencies.
3. Develop Local Brand Success Model
o Track campaign performance and metrics, analyze results and optimize plans for continuous improvement.
o Provide full support in the preparation of South West monthly Cluster meetings, working closely with the Brand Lead to formulate the needs & action plans for the Women Health and Lifestyle Category.
o Drive ‘test & learn’ across touch points, set clear KPIs, take learning & amplify.
o Share local learnings with central teams.
4. Support Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback.
o Manage brand budget & ensure effective allocation of resources.
o Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future activities & campaigns.
o Support collaboration with Central teams to update on performances and inform on competitive activities.
Experience Required

* Consumer & marketing understanding: Exhibit a consumer-centric mindset, being able to develop strong activation plans and have experience in working with central teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills: Clearly communicate ideas and explain them in the broader organization. Capacity to move facts into insights and diagnostics.
* Analytical Excellence: Utilize data-driven analytics to craft superior strategies, driving real-time performance improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 5+ years of work experience within Consumer Health (or Consumer Product Goods).
* Experience with medical regulation is a plus.
* University Degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in working in cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
* Expertise in enhancing forecast models, segmentation frameworks, pricing strategies and reporting tools.
We work hybrid, with a minimum of 2 – 3 days/week in the office, to connect and share learnings face to face. You can work from Ghent or Rotterdam. If your home country is Belgium, we ask for a minimum of 1 day/month to be present in the Netherlands (and vice versa). Where needed and upon request of your manager, this can be more than 1 day/month.
