A successful HR & Office Manager should have:
* Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
* An academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Proficiency in managing HR and office administration tasks.
* Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ideally a first experience in a similar position.
