For a client that manages digital payments and electronic financial transactions, we are looking for an office manager.
General office management
* Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment
* Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
* Ensure office policies and procedures are implemented appropriately
* Manage office budget
* Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
* Coordinate with external IT on all office equipment
Fleet Management
* Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
* regular maintenance on all vehicles
* Managing vehicle licensure and registration
* Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
Event Management
* produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
* manage all pre-event planning
* liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
* manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
* produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
* problem solving and hosting during an event.

Skills:
* Supply management
* Inventory control
* Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
