Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

Want to work in a one of the most iconic brands in Belgium? Milka Leo and Easter! This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio within our Milka brands in both Belgium and the Netherlands. You will have full ownership of Milka Easter and play an active role on Milka LEO. In this position, you’ll develop and activate brand plans to help Milka Easter and Milka Leo stay relevant to consumers. You’ll help the Brand Manager in executing cross-country projects in areas of new product development, consumer activation and media planning. You will be exposed to P&L, demand planning, cost management.
Job specific requirements:
8. Have obtained a Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
9. Have at least 2 to 3 years fulltime working experience, preferably in a marketing position within FMCG
10. A strong passion to our brands and business
11. A healthy curiosity and learning agility
12. Experience in influencing stakeholders and interact effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
13. Very strong analytical skills, ability to see the big picture and the willingness to recommend based on insights
14. The ability to present your story in an inspiring and convincing manner
15. A strong affinity & knowledge of the digital landscape is a strong plus
16. Are fluent in English (verbal and written) and either Dutch and/or French
