The toothpaste category in the Benelux region is dynamic, and as one of the leading players, Haleon (formerly known as GSK CH) is seeking a Brand Manager Oral Care - Benelux to drive growth. As part of our passionate, experienced, and culturally diverse Marketing team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as the Category team across the Northern Europe Business Unit.
Location:
1. Netherlands – Amersfoort or Belgium – Zaventem (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
2. Execute the Brand Planning process at the country level in line with Category and Business Unit guidelines.
3. Develop and implement marketing activities based on the annual plan.
4. Carry out and follow-up campaigns, developing corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country/brand KPIs.
5. Responsible for implementation of country media plan and managing content and updates of local brand websites.
6. Lead innovation/product management, overseeing artwork of all products under brand responsibility.
7. Manage Advertising & Promotion budget for category/brand(s) in local markets, contribute to sales forecasting and monthly reporting, and budget and target processes.
8. Secure professional relationships within countries and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
Basic Qualifications:
9. Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business, or equivalent.
10. Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment in the Netherlands and/or Belgium.
11. 3-5+ years of marketing experience in leading FMCG companies or consumer healthcare is a must .
12. Excellent commercial understanding, managing the brand from a P&L perspective.
13. Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
14. Experience of planning and execution of data-driven 360⁰ marketing campaigns (including digital).
15. Brand leadership capabilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional team.
16. Strong communication and presentation skills (in English, Dutch and/or French).
