As Office Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage inventory of office supplies, order office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
* General calendar management, schedule and organize meeting rooms & take notes as needed.
* Provide support with travel arrangements.
* Collaborate with internal maintenance department to quickly resolve any facility issues.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail & general mailbox management.
* Perform administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.
As an Office Manager, you will have the following profile:
* A degree in business management or a related field ;
* Proven experience in a similar position ;
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ;
* Strong communication and leadership skills ;
* Strong communication skills in Dutch & English ;
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office software.
