Campari Benelux is looking for a Brand Manager to join and further strengthen its dynamic Marketing team. The Brand Manager will be in the lead of Marketing activities related to Aperol and Sarti brands, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Aperitifs and in close collaboration with the Channel and Customer Marketing team members. He/She will play an essential role in shaping the future of Campari Benelux Italian Icons portfolio. His/her contribution will be key in the development and execution of comprehensive annual brand plans through active collaboration with a cross-functional team of passionate Camparistas.
1. Coordinate and ensure excellence in brand plan implementation & activations “from A to Z” (Media planning, ATL, BTL, brand equity development, consumer experiential, on and off trade execution support, digital initiatives )
2. Develop catchy Consumer Engagement activities in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Experiential Manager
3. Work closely with Global Strategic Marketing teams by providing local market insights
4. Collaborate with Off trade and On trade departments in the plans' execution
Collaborate with agencies in plans execution (ATL, media, PR, social media, activation)
5. Collaborate with the global teams on the strategies and execution of the locally resonant initiatives
6. Lead integrated communication planning process within brand parameters, achieving performance objectives
7. A&P budget management
8. Analyse and understand drinks and consumer trends and translate it into brand strategies
