SPANTECH, one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of modular buildings in the world, is on the lookout for a high-potential individual to join our team as an HR/Office Manager. This position is based in Nivelles, Belgium.
About the Role:
Human Resources:
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, working with agencies where appropriate, and onboarding.
* Implement HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in handling employee relations.
* Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Office Management:
* Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
* Coordinate office events and meetings.
* Fleet management, office budgets and expenses.
* Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers.
* Follow-up on expenses and credit card usage.
* Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor in human resources, business administration, psychology or similar fields, or equivalent by experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR job, with a generalistic content is a must.
* Knowledge of social legislation.
* Familiar working with Microsoft Office tools.
* Assertiveness, service mindedness, accuracy, discretion and strong organizational skills define your personality.
* Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
