Job Description - Senior Brand Manager Lymphoma BELUX (2506238160W)DescriptionJJ Innovative Medicine Hematology Belux is recruiting for Senior Brand Manager Lymphoma Belgium Luxembourg.The Senior Brand Manager Lymphoma Belux develops and implements the short- and mid-term brand strategy for Lymphoma in close collaboration with the cross-functional and cross-hematology teams, with a focus on:Driving broader patient access for Imbruvica + Venetoclax in first-line CLLProtecting patient choice with Imbruvica monotherapy across all indicationsKey Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy ExecutionThe Senior Brand Manager Lymphoma:Is responsible for the local brand strategy (market insights, forecasting, messaging, product life cycle mgt) in alignment with EMEA strategy;Has a clear view on the current future competitive landscape in order to create a differentiated brand strategy, ensuring relevant differentiating brand messages vs competition in all approved indications, and optimizing current plans based on market insights.Continuously collects insights on current future customer needs to boost customer engagement, optimizing current marketing plans omnichannel approach to improve brand performance and perceptions.Develops marketing omnichannel materials by localizing EMEA ONE campaign supplying in EMEA squads and aligned with legal, regulatory compliance requirements.Leads, develops completes the brand tactical plan in collaboration with Local Sales, Marketing Medical Lymphoma and Cross-Hematology teams.Develops an excellent product and therapeutic disease knowledge in close collaboration with the medical team.Is responsible for and supervises the allocated marketing budget and supervises relevant critical metrics.The Senior Brand Manager Lymphoma:Knows the Lymphoma Hematology customer landscape in Belux, the key stakeholders and how to address them. Has a strong internal external network.Leads medical-marketing-sales meetings and coordinates cross-functional and cross-brand activities. Pro-actively interacts with and trains the sales force (including presence in the field, at congresses, and leading customer-facing meetings).Represents Brand BELUX interests in cross-functional and cross-hematology networks at local and international level.Takes integrity-credo based actions regarding patients, teamwork, partnerships, sense of urgency and results.QualificationsCompleted bachelor's or master’s degree programmeAt least 4 years working experience as project manager/product manager inside or outside pharma with demonstrably very good results.Work experience in a sales function (preferable).Prior experience in the field of Hematology would be a bonus.Entrepreneurship: identifies business opportunities in the market and takes advantage of them.Planning and organizing: settles efficiently objectives and priorities to identify the time, actions and resources needed in order to attain stated goals.Customer orientation: Explores customers’ needs and decides/acts accordingly, anticipating future needs.
