About the Role: Our client, a leading provider of over-the-counter (OTC) products, is seeking a talented Data-Driven Brand Marketeer to join their dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
4. Brand Strategy Development: Craft and implement data-driven brand marketing strategies based on comprehensive data analysis and consumer insights.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market trend, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities.
6. Campaign Management: Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
7. Performance Analytics: Utilize key metrics and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy alignment.
9. Research & Surveys: Perform market research and conduct consumer surveys to gather data for informed decision-making.
10. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications:
12. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
13. Proven experience as a Brand Marketeer or similar role, ideally within the OTC or healthcare industry.
14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable marketing strategies.
15. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
16. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
17. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
