The Brand Manager - FMCG - Non Food Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Monitor sell-in and sell-out data for the brands and market trends
* Track new product performance and competitive activity (new products, promotions, media)
* Oversee tools and materials to support marketing and sales
* Coordinate planning, logistics, and yearly marketing plans/trade presentations
* Develop advertising and consumer activation plans
* Manage new product launches
* Prepare and present category/country reviews to local and international stakeholders
* Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Manager on yearly budget preparation
* Define pricing models, track cost of sales, and oversee P&L performance
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management
* Experience in FMCG
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a knack for accuracy
* Proficient in data analysis, including Nielsen data (or similar tools)
* Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges
