Your journey with us As an intern ‘Office Management’, you are responsible for a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks:
1. Managing the agenda of partners, directors and (senior) managers, following up on their timetables in order to be able to communicate efficiently with clients;
2. Answering internal and external phone calls and filtering messages;
3. Handling incoming and outgoing e-mail messages and other correspondence;
4. Making reservations of meeting rooms, restaurants, hotels, business trips, …;
5. Checking and adapting lay-out of documents, reports, presentations;
6. Organizing internal and external meetings, events, …;
7. Translating and reviewing internal documents (NL, FR, ENG);
8. Following up on (ad hoc) projects;
9. Welcoming external visitors;
10. Data management in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
11. Using internal tools (such as Intranet, templates, ...)

12. You are a final year Bachelor student in Office Management
13. The internship needs to form a compulsory element of your course: the period can be flexible
14. You are eager to learn and a real team player
15. You are familiar with the MS Office applications
16. You are fluent in Dutch and / or French and have a good knowledge of English.

Practical information During the internship, you’ll develop your soft and technical skills and expand your network as you work with professionals who share their experience and coach you. A dedicated promoter will connect with you bi-weekly to evaluate your progress and assist you when needed. You will also be assigned a buddy, whom you can reach out to at all times!
