In this role you will be responsible for the development of the Annual Brand Plan. This includes Product / Portfolio strategies, positioning & planning based on robust insights generated though desk research, market research, interactions with customer facing teams, medical and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will also build and execute the tactical plan across channels. This includes campaign development in close collaboration with BUH and Medical team, translating global campaigns and messages into local campaigns, activities and materials. In the role you will be responsible for the development of digital footprint and evolution of MCM engagement programs as well as defining and initiating marketing and cross-functional projects in line with BU & Product strategy and plan. You will also be responsible for the marketing budget and the engagement and steering of external agencies, project managers and stakeholders.The role also includes driving product and campaign related trainings for Therapeutic Area Specialists. You build market insights, connect with KTLs and sales force on a regular basis with time in field of at least 10%. You will also contribute to planning and implementation of account strategies and identify the gaps in insights and propose market research. In this role you will maintain close contact with sales team, OpEx and BUH to sense business conditions and trends – and to contribute to IBP. You will have an active contribution and representation of BU in regional and global meetings – sharing best practices etc. You will collaboration with Medical, sales force and other cross-functional stakeholders on joint projects and initiatives. Who you are: Scientific and/or business degree with marketing specialization 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, working in a commercial role Experience working in cross-functional teams Strategic, analytical, objective Customer focused, execution oriented Digital skills, working with digital tools and omnichannel market approachPositive team player, self-driven and have excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines Native Dutch and France, business English
