Job Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Develop local marketing activities for the Home Care category.
o Design and implement activation plans for digital, social media, and in-store campaigns.
o Identify innovations and product adaptations based on market research and analysis.
* Stakeholder Management
o Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and shared services.
o Provide expert insights into market opportunities as a strategic sparring partner for brand owners.
o Present and align marketing plans with customers and retailers.
* Data Analysis & Market Insights
o Analyze up-to-date market trends using Nielsen and IRi data.
o Conduct store checks to monitor trends and develop actionable recommendations for brand growth.
* P&L Responsibility
o Manage the profitability of your brand portfolio, ensuring both top-line and bottom-line growth.
* Category Growth Vision
o Work with the Category Cluster Lead Household to define and execute a vision for category growth across diverse channels.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar position.
* Able to move from analysis to conclusions, recommendations, and actionable plans.
* Experience with Nielsen or other data analysis tools.
* A proven track record of driving category growth and managing P&L responsibilities is an advantage.
* Fluent in Dutch and French.
* A team player with pragmatic, results-oriented, and communicative skills.
