About this Position
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive the success of our Consumer Brands division in Belgium. What you´ll do
* Responsible for the local brand management within Henkel Consumer Brands (Laundry & Beauty brands) in an (inter)national working environment.
* Execute category & brand strategy on all aspects of the marketing mix (assortment, innovation, pricing, distribution etc.) in order to reinforce our leadership position on a very challenging market.
* Work with clear objectives on brand impact, organic sales growth, profit and market shares in the short & long term.
* Develop & execute media plans in close cooperation with the various agencies & stakeholders (media, creative & international).
* Development & execution of strong product launch and promotional plans in close collaboration with your sales and marketing colleagues based on customer input.
* Management of the local marketing budget.
* Analysis and reporting of the different KPI’s (brand visibility, market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up, etc.).
What makes you a good fit
* You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
* You have an advanced level of English and either French or Dutch (both written and spoken).
* You have at least 2 years of experience in Brand management or in a Marketing function, preferably in a multinational environment.
* You have a strong and enthusiastic personality, high level of energy & motivation.
* You are autonomous: you like taking initiative and being in charge of your own projects.
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
* You have strong analytical skills, and are comfortable with presenting results and recommendations based on data.
* You are skilled with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of GfK, Nielsen are considered a clear advantage.
