About this Position
The Strategic Business Unit for Consumers & Craftsmen(ACC) provides high-quality solutions mainly for adhesives and sealants to awide target group ranging from consumers as kids and DIYers to professionalcraftsmen. AC markets a wide range of strong brands such as Pritt, Pattex,Loctite, Rubson and Perfax. We are now looking for a Brand Manager to drive ourbrands to the next level and make a real impact!
What you´ll do
* In a very international working environment, responsibility of local brand management in Benelux.
* Strong drive of the local marketing strategy and activation for the respective brands in order to reinforce our leadership position on a very challenging market.
* Work with clear objective on brand impact, organic sales growth, profit and market shares in the short & long term.
* Definition of the full marketing mix with product portfolio, innovations and promotional plan.
* Development of the Media plan for both countries Belgium and Netherlands.
* Management of the local marketing budget.
* Strong analysis and data driven recommendation for the annual category and projects review.
* Monitoring and reporting of the different KPI’s (brand visibility, market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up,…)
What makes you a good fit
* Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Management (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years of full-time working experience in Brand Management or Trade Marketing, preferably in a multinational environment
* Language skills: fluency in English (written and spoken), and either French or Dutch
* Strong and enthusiastic personality, with high level of energy & motivation
* Person with a strong drive, proactive, ambitious
* Result driven
* Analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional, international team
* Autonomous
* Open to challenges, resilient
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
