About the Role - As a Brand Manager you are responsible for the total fish category in the Belgium Market. As part of your job you develop and execute the business strategy for key ranges of the fish portfolio. You take full responsibility for delivering the short-term market strategy and you own the portfolio P&L. You ensure effective deployment of communications, launch of new products and you deliver against a 1 to 3 year plan for the business. You will report to the Cluster Marketing Manager Fish (based in France) and you have significant interaction with the leadership team and other departments.
Requirements
* Educational degree in Marketing or Commercial directions
* 2 to 5 years of successful track record in Consumer Marketing
* Experience within a highly commercial fast-moving business
* Excellent analysis and interpretation skills
* Strong drive for results
* Creative and strategic mindset with hands-on mentality
* Able to work under time pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities, with good planning and organizing skills
* Project Management Skills & ability to drive an agenda for the category
* Highly energized and passionate personality
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills in Dutch, French & English
* Excellent IT skills- Microsoft office, Nielsen
