The Brand Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute local marketing activities for the Home Care category.
o Design and implement activation plans for digital, social media, and in-store campaigns.
o Identify and drive innovations and product adaptations based on market research and analysis.

Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and shared services.
o Serve as a strategic sparring partner for brand owners, providing expert insights into market opportunities.
o Present and align marketing plans with customers and retailers.
*
Data Analysis & Market Insights:
o Utilize Nielsen and IRi data for up-to-date market analyses.
o Conduct store checks to monitor trends and develop actionable recommendations for brand growth.
*
P&L Responsibility:
o Manage the profitability of your brand portfolio, ensuring both top-line and bottom-line growth.

Category Growth Vision:
o Work closely with the Category Cluster Lead Household to define and execute a vision for category growth in diverse channels, including traditional retail, DIY, and e-commerce.
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Ability to move from analysis to conclusions, recommendations, and actionable plans
* Experience with Nielsen or other data
* Proven track record of driving category growth and managing P&L responsibilities is a plus
* Fluent in Dutch and French
* Team player, pragmatic, results-oriented, and communicative
