Executive Support: Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, daily organization, contract management, and high-level confidential matters.

Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting processes, including records and receipts from consultants, clients, and employees.

Reporting & Monitoring: Create dashboards and monitor activities related to finance and HR for strategic decision-making.
*
Payroll & HR Administration: Handle payroll processes and HR-related administrative duties for the team.
*
Recruitment Coordination: Organize recruitment interviews in collaboration with the CEO and HR team.
*
Interview Participation: Join the selection panel and provide feedback on candidates' organizational and interpersonal fit.
*
Operational Coordination: Support the CEO in streamlining operations and aligning teams with company goals.
*
Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between the CEO and the team, turning strategic plans into actionable steps and motivating staff.
* You are Fluent in French & English, both languages are important
* You already have a professional experience in a similar function, 3-5 years
* As this function has many hats, you need to be people oriented, have a strong eye for detail and a very discrete person regarding confidentiality.
* You can work autonomously, have a positive mindset and work ethic.
* Microsoft office and particularly excel are good friends
