Senior Brand Manager Benelux
JOB TITLE - Senior Brand Manager
LOCATION - Benelux Region – Will consider applicants based in any Benelux location.
HOURS - Full-time, 37 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to be hiring a Senior Brand Manager for our Benelux Region. In this role, you will drive local brand development and activation and ensure impactful brand performance in your markets, with a specific focus on supporting the overall commercial agenda across the Benelux region as part of STG’s ambitious growth goals. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales, sales ops, and global brand teams, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager – Central Europe.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
1. Strategically leading the category, brand, and commercial agenda for STG BNL to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
2. Driving proactive portfolio & pricing management for both core and NPD based on market trends, gap analysis, and innovation opportunities.
3. Crafting and executing comprehensive channel-specific growth strategies.
4. Developing, managing, and implementing advanced brand activation and sales cycle strategies.
5. Leading the preparation and implementation of yearly business plans, aligning with cross-functional teams.
6. Strategically managing cross-portfolio trade activation concepts and communications.
7. Conducting sophisticated analyses of market, competitors, and consumer behaviour to shape strategic recommendations.
8. Driving budget planning, allocation, and cost control.
9. Building and managing relationships with external agencies and service providers.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, local activation experience preferred.
2. Expertise in branding, campaign strategy, and complex project management.
3. Proven track record of driving brand performance and impacting category P&L.
4. Advanced commercial and strategic mindset with an international perspective.
5. Demonstrated ability to innovate, lead, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
6. Degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in English and local language, both written and verbal.
7. Leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior team members.
