As Office Manager & Management Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Assisting the General Manager and the management team
* Agenda & travel management
* Organisation of internal/external events & meetings
* Office management (facility, office furniture, events...)
* Invoicing
* You have an excellent level in English & good level of Dutch
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
* You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
